Which problem best defines your situation? Product was shipped wrong. Product was ordered incorrectly. Product was damaged in transit. Product is defective out of the box within 10 days.
IF A PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED WRONG
In the rare event a product is mis-shipped:
If shipped a wrong item (i.e. a black phone instead of a white phone) do not open the product box or we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee! Contact us immediately toll free. We will issue a return authorization and arrange a call tag (we will pay the shipping) from United Parcel Service or USPS to pick up the product at a location most convenient (work or home).
Reseal the original shipping carton with tape and write the return authorization number on the outside of the box shipping carton. This will identify the product when it comes back to us and assure proper credit on the account. Product should never have been opened or used for full credit. After the goods are received and inspected by MyTechConnection.com, we will ship the correct product that day or the following business day at no charge to the customer - provided the item is in stock. If the customer cannot wait and/or no longer needs the order, full credit will be issued - including original shipping charges
IF PRODUCT WAS ORDERED INCORRECTLY
Product ordered incorrectly by the customer after it has shipped may be returned provided: Product ordered incorrectly and received in by the customer must obtain a Return Authorization number by calling Toll Free 1-877-885-7268. Product must be returned within 10 working days of Return Authorization and must be in New Resalable Condition for Full Credit Less Shipping. 15% restocking fee may apply if opened.
IF PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If there is visible damage to the shipping carton when the product arrives Immediately inspect the contents before signing and accepting the shipment or simply refuse the shipment and ask the driver to file a Damage Claim. If the Product is damaged inside the shipping carton and no visible damage is on the outside of the shipping carton, call the delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and file a Concealed Damage Report.
If Product is defective out of the manufacturer's box or within 5 days of receipt:
After 5 Days, manufacturer's warranty will prevail. Product that is defective may be replaced with New Product after return receipt and inspection. Product must be in Original Box and include All Original Packing Materials and Manuals. Product returned missing Original Box and Materials will not be credited.
Returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping and packing costs to MyTechConnection.com.
- Returns without a Return Authorization will be refused
- RMA's are good for 10 working days only (2 weeks) - after this time it will expire.
- If the returned defective merchandise is not received within 10 days (excluding holidays and weekends) of issuance of the Return Authorization, we will assume the product was satisfactory.
POLICY FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLETS & ALL CELL PHONES:
- This Product Has Limited Exchange Privileges.
- This Product Has Limited, Defective Exchange Only Privileges.
- For support on this product, please contact MyTechConnection at 1-877-885-7268. Defective exchanges will be handled by the supplier on a case by case basis.
- Special Note About Defective Returns on Cell Phones and Tablets:
- Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones/tablets for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your account may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
- Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification (IMEI) and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
- MyTechConnection.com will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, we cannot accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
- MyTechConnection.com will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might have been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, the item cannot be taken back. There are test indicators in the phone/tablet that let us know that the unit has been wet.
